Refund Policy

At The Apparel Lab, we take great care to ensure each order is reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. This includes verifying artwork, garment details, and any custom specifications. Once approval is given, the customer acknowledges that all details are correct, and production will proceed accordingly.

Because each order is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for errors or omissions that were approved by the customer or not communicated prior to production. Once payment is made and production has begun, materials and labor costs are incurred, making the order non-refundable.

However, if an error occurs on our part that results in a product not matching the approved specifications, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, a refund or reprint may be issued at our discretion.
